Notes: This ties in with this and this which are part of a longer fic about Combaticons and Insecticons, and how it was Bombshell who performed the procedure which put the Combaticons in the Box. But you don't have to have read those to follow this!

Notes: This is sequel to this. It’s a fic with a few chapters which explores the incarceration of the Combaticons, with a bit of my own headcanon.

Other than that the ‘Bats were in ‘the Box’ for – apparently – millions of years, we have little information, and I enjoy speculation. This fic suggests that 1) Megatron didn’t perform the incarceration/separation procedure, 2) They didn’t all go in at the same time, (Swindle was caught later) and 3) There were slightly ‘different’ arrangements with Swindle, who could be semi rematerialised in holographic form and have ‘visitors.’

Notes Set after the Combaticons were captured. Working on the premise that whilst it might have been ‘Megatron’s mind prison’ in which they were subsequently incarcerated, but there is nothing in canon to confirm that he performed the ‘procedure.’ I say – he didn’t. Somebody much better qualified in mind thingy stuff did …. then later on there were interesting implications, but we never got to see that since we never saw anything after B.O.T.
