The Autospook strikes again
Yes - truly! Today the stereo cranked up to the max of its own accord absolutely without any interference from me whilst I was sitting waiting to get gas and filling out logsheets.
Still doesn't scare me - in fact, I think its amazing! I just hope whoever it is (was?) is looking after my best interests - like - seeing that I don't end up splattered on the highway, for instance, with all this driving; (I live in hope !)
Other funny thing that happened today - my new hearing aid. I've got an accoustic neuroma - a benign tumour, mole like thing on the auditory nerve in one ear which won't kill me but has fragged up my hearing on that side. Hence the aid - which would be all right were the background hiss in it not so pronounced that today I had to say to someone: "just got to take this thing out so I can hear you properly."
LOL - methinks so far not worth the $4,500 they want for it :P
