Sill feel not feeling the best, so thought back to holiday and looked at some of favourite photos to cheer myself up.

The first two are Whitby/Whitby Abbey and I have ultharkitty to thank for such an awesome day tirelessly driving the North York Moors and such an a great three days otherwise. (And for making my necklace, which I wear a lot.)

The next two are from Kassel, for which I have naboru_narluin to thank for fabulous times in Germany (and also much driving) and inspiring me to walk up 600 odd steps to get an even better view!

And not to forget either artemis10002000 who had made a special trip across Germany the day before, traveling many miles by train; or onyx17 who only a couple of weeks before had put up with me drinking coffee and raving on for a whole afternoon XD

It was indeed! There are lots of good photos - including of that - I'm just putting them on a disc now :D

Oh wow, it looks amazing! The pictures in the brochure we leafed through in the astronomy museum already looked pretty cool, but your pictures are really great

It was a lovely walk, and so was the one we did that day. If you like I can send you disc with pictures from then on it?

No worries, I've got your address. I'm just being a bit slow with these discs.

The whole disc thing is a bit 'outdated' now I fear! But its still faster, believe me, than uploading everything (on this computer anyway!)

However. I hereby vote for you coming to England next year to the Auto Assembly! I'm gonna start trying to get the whole European gang to have a go at that con. We are a few and most of us hang out with each-other already, so...

That's awesome *squees* - I talked about whether a European get together for AA next year might be possible with the others. It's August, isn't it? That's good timing for my next trip (at this stage)

It was so fantastic meeting everyone - I'd really love to see you too - maybe also in Sweden ??

It was great going to Germany and Denmark! I used to live in UK (and still feel more English than Australian), but never got to many European places in those days :P
