But here, only the ones at traffic lights are permanent. The rest are portable, and they put them somewhere different every day. And in places where motorists are very likely to be 'caught out,' often where going 10kph over the speed limit is not really dangerous.
Yet they are hardly ever on country roads - where most fatalities are.
That's why the ongoing criticism that this is about revenue not safety !
